St. Stephen's Folk Choir 50th Anniversary Concert

St. Stephen's Folk Choir of Des Plaines is proud to announce that we are celebrating our 50th anniversary. The choir is the longest performing folk choir in the Chicago Archdiocese. As part of this celebration, the choir will perform in concert at St. Stephen's Church in Des Plaines on Saturday, Sept.27th at 1PM. The Church is located at 1266 Prospect, between Manheim and Lee St.

The choir will include over 50 musicians and singers, including many former members who have assembled for the occasion. Tickets for the concert will be $10.00, general seating only, and can be ordered through the parish center (847-824-2026), or purchased at the door. All proceeds from the performance will benefit the music ministry of the parish
