Fremd 14, Buffalo Grove 1: Sarah Coombes, Emma Hoffman and Emily Kini scored 3 times and Karolina Urban twice as the Vikings powered to an MSL crossover win. Emma Jeronimus stopped 6 shots for the Vikings and Morgan Faulkner 1.

Palatine 9, Rolling Meadows 2: Seven goals from Caroline Wojtas and 1 apiece for Caitlin McHugh and Mathilde Mogensen were too much for the host Mustangs to overcome in an MSL crossover. Tess O'Brien (9 saves, 3 assists) and Maggie Terzic (5 saves) shared time in goal for the Pirates.

Wheeling 15, Hoffman Estates 1: Wildcats senior Theresa Godlewski led the way with 7 goals as Wheeling won an MSL crossover.
