Indoor HalloweenFest in Libertyville

The sixth annual HalloweenFest for Kids will be 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, at the Libertyville Sports Complex, Route 45 and Peterson Road. The facility will be transformed into a family friendly Halloween atmosphere with games and activities for families with kids age 10 and under. Preregistration is $5, with a price of $8 on the day of the event. Adults and grandparents are free. Children are encouraged to wear their costumes. Activities include a kids fun zone, DJ, pumpkin patch, indoor train ride, climbing "Spider Mountain" and more. The event is presented by the village's recreation and sports complex department.
