Adelphia Properties sells Darien retail center

DARIEN - Adelphia Properties has sold Crossroads of Darien, a 100 percent leased, 14,300 square-foot retail center at 2805-2819 W 83rd St.

Financial terms were not announced, but Adelphia Properties said multiple offers were procured.

The retail center consists of long-term tenants in place, and is positioned for high vehicle traffic counts with excellent frontage.

Adelphia Properties' George Spirrison, CCIM & Simeon Spirrison, CCIM represented the seller in the transaction.
