Nebraska troupe to stage classic 'A Christmas Carol'
A professional production of the family classic "A Christmas Carol" will be presented at the College of Lake County Saturday.
Charles Dickens' holiday classic comes to life with music and dance as staged by the Nebraska Theatre Caravan, one of the country's most acclaimed touring children's theater companies.
Shows will be presented at 3 and 7 p.m. Saturday at the James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts at the College of Lake County, 19351 W. Washington St., Grayslake.
This national touring production has been an American holiday tradition for 28 years, entertaining thousands of families across the country. Audiences of all ages will be delighted by Ebenezer Scrooge's unforgettable magical journey as he discovers the true meaning of Christmas.

Tickets are $26 for adults and $6 for children for the 3 p.m. show, and $31 for adults and $13 for children for the 7 p.m. show.
