Use common sense with fireworks
I sit here during lunch time and read the articles of people who always want to blame others for their stupidity (Dec. 14, Man sues over fireworks injury).
How can we tie up the court system with situations that you never should have put yourself into and then blame others? Weren't you ever told that fireworks are dangerous?
Weren't you told that fireworks are illegal? Even if the company had known they had defective designs, why were you buying them? Why did you buy them and then illegally cross the border back into Illinois with them when you knew they were dangerous and illegal?
Come on, people, stop and think before you rush to sue someone again. Think about how you could have prevented this with common sense.
