Kansas remains unbeaten, but not without a scare

Russell Robinson scored 17 points, and No. 3 Kansas (11-0) survived a last-minute scare to remain unbeaten with a 71-66 victory over host Georgia Tech on Tuesday.

Lewis Clinch led Georgia Tech (4-5) with 22 points.

Texas 66, Oral Roberts 56: D.J. Augustin scored 24 points, and No. 4 Texas (11-0) survived its toughest home game this season with a win over visiting Oral Roberts. Adam Liberty scored 12 to lead Oral Roberts (6-4).

Ohio St. 80, Cleve. St. 63: Freshman Jon Diebler made five 3-pointers in the second half, and David Lighty scored 15 points in his homecoming as Ohio State (7-3) beat host Cleveland State. J'Nathan Bullock led Cleveland State (6-4) with 16 points.

W. Michigan 57, SIU 41: Joe Reitz scored 20 points and had 11 rebounds to lead host Western Michigan (5-6) past Southern Illinois.

Randal Falker and Bryan Mullins each scored 9 points for Southern Illinois (4-5), which was ranked 19th in the nation earlier this season before dropping five of its last six games.

LSU 86, UIC 44: Sylvia Fowles scored 17 points to lead four players in double figures as No. 8 LSU (8-2) routed Illinois-Chicago at the Cancun Classic in Mexico. Jessica Miller led UIC (3-6) with 12 points.
