Radtke story proves good in the world

It is nice for the media to include really good news on occasion, but it is certainly better when it plays a critical role, as the Daily Herald has. I refer to little Taylor Radtke's seemingly inoperable tumor.

That her parents persisted, that a reader phoned with a suggestion of whom to contact and that Dr. Robert Spetzler and Dr. Peter Nakaji of the St. Joseph's Barrow Neurological Institute of Phoenix had the talent and guts to operate when the far, far safer thing for them professionally would have been to decline …. Wow!

While there is much selfishness and sheer evil in the world there is also incredible good. This situation has been a good reminder.
