5-year-old Chicago boy dies after TV falls on top of him

Authorities say a five-year-old boy died after a television fell on him in his South Side home.
Police say it's not clear how the television fell on Sergio Chavez, but they say his death was accidental.
A spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner's office says the incident happened some time Wednesday night. He says the boy was pronounced dead yesterday morning at University of Chicago Hospitals.
The Department of Children and Family Services says it is investigating the boy's death, but spokesman Jimmie Whitelow says they have never had any prior contact with Sergio's family.
