Save up to $15,000 on Alexander Homes

Alexander Homes is building townhouses at The Cotswolds at Grande Park in Plainfield.

Alexander Homes is wrapping up its autumn season with a special end-of-season sale. For a limited time, new-home buyers can save up to $15,000 on townhouses ready for 90-day delivery at The Cotswolds at Grande Park in Plainfield.

Buyers who sign a contract by Dec. 3 on one of the homes in Buildings 3, 4 or 5 and close within 90 days can save $10,000 off the listed price. Those who can move in more quickly and close before the end of the year can enjoy an extra $5,000 in savings. These prices are valid only on townhouses that are at the drywall stage or further along the construction schedule. Contracts must be signed by Dec. 3 and savings are not valid in conjunction with any other offers.

Ready for immediate delivery is the Avon in Building 3. This 1,745-square-foot home has three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a great room, kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining room, upstairs laundry room, and luxurious master suite with spa-like bath. It is priced at $309,900.

In Building 4 is an Avon with a full lookout lower level, which adds extra living space to the home. This townhouse is priced at $312,400. Also in Building 4 is a Cheltenham, offering 1,805 square feet of space, two bedrooms and 2½ baths for $299,900.
