Whip-Purs begin historic journey
Hampshire volleyball fans this morning did something they've never done before -- they sent their Whip-purs off to Normal for the state Class 2A championships.
The Hampshire girls made the Final Four for the first time in the school's history with a win over Westmont on Monday.
The Whips (36-3) will face Chicago Christian (34-3) in the first semifinal at 11:30 a.m. Friday.
