Friday Night Film:ŒThe Bartlett Public Library and Arts in Bartlett present "Friday Night Film" at 7:30 p.m. today.
Refreshments will be served, and no registration is required. This month's film features the history of a violin, from its creation in the 17th century until its auction in present day.
Baby storytime: "Drop-In Baby Talk" is a storytime for babies age 3-23 months and a caregiver. The next session will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. No registration is required.
See the Yo-Yo Man:ŒBarry North the Yo-Yo Man will perform at the library at 1 p.m. Monday.
North will present yo-yoing to music, the history of the yo-yo and hands-on activities. No registration is required.
Family storytime: "Pajama-Rama," a special evening storytime for families, will take place at 7 p.m. Tuesday and Nov. 27.
Children are welcome to wear their pajamas and must be accompanied by a caregiver. No registration is required.
Get organized for the holidays:ŒCertified professional organizer Beth Randall will share tips on shopping, sending greetings and handling presents at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Family Reading Night: Family Reading Night is held annually during Children's Book Week. Families are invited to the library from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Choose a book to read, and stay and make a craft.
Book Brunch: Kids in fourth- through sixth-grade can come together for food and discussion during "Book Brunch" at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 17.
Readers will discuss the book "Coraline" by Neil Gaiman. Stop by the library to pick up a copy to read.
Classical guitar: Classical guitarist Peter Fletcher will perform at 2 p.m. Nov. 17.
Fletcher will perform pieces from composers Vincenzo Galilei to Eric Satie.
