We need recall or impeachment

Regarding Thomas Butler's Oct. 28 letter in the Daily Herald (about ineptitude of governor and legislature). Yes, Illinois residents should not tolerate the money-wasting, time-wasting, paying-off-of-contributors conduct of Gov. Blagojevich, Senate President Jones (and Cook County President Stroger).

Are recalls possible in Illinois -- or are impeachments needed?
