Rolling Meadows Library notes
Organizing for Anyone: Beth Randall will give tips on how to get organized and stay organized at 7 p.m. Wednesday. Her main focus will be on paper management, kitchen and closet organizing.
Arts Alive Concert -- Oktoberfest: Welcome back Lustige Musikanten at 2 p.m. Sunday. Their boisterous music is reminiscent of October in Munich, where the beer flows while the band plays.
Monthly Movie: Come and see a recently released film free on our big screen at 2 and 6:30 p.m. Oct. 16. This PG-13 rated film tells the story of two women who meet online and decide to swap houses for the Christmas holidays.
Soon they discover that a change of address can change your life.
Book Lover's Day: Come for lunch -- our treat -- and discuss with us what books we loved during summer at noon Oct. 18. We'll recommend new good reads for fall and winter and have a book drawing.

Write It Now: This creative writing group meets every first and third Tuesday of the month from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the conference room at Rolling Meadows Library. If you like to write poetry, essays, short stories or entire novels, come and see if this group is right for you to hear your work and give you positive support.
