North Aurora
• Three Aurora men were arrested after an incident on the 300 block of Sycamore Lane at 3:10 a.m. Sunday. Willie A. Palmer, 26, 405 W. Downer Place, was charged with two counts of aggravated battery against a police officer; Jonathan M. Robertson, 25, 935 Fourth Ave., was charged with resisting a police officer; and Arthur R. Williams, 20, 1622 Liberty Street, was charged with obstructing a police officer, according to a police report.
Kane County
• Seven bronze cemetery vases were reported stolen from River Hills Cemetery, 1650 S. River St. in Batavia Township, at 1:30 p.m.. Thursday. Loss is estimated at $1,400.
• A snow plow valued at $5,000 was reported stolen from Top Notch Auto Broker, 15N272 Route 25 in Dundee Township at 5 p.m. Thursday.
St. Charles
• Roberto Negron, 36, of 1221 Fairwood Court, Elgin, and Javier Negron, 32, of 351 Princeton Ave., Elgin, were arrested at 6:46 p.m. Tuesday and each charged with felony retail theft after stealing $518 in items from Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road, police said.
• Jacinto Canalizo-Sanchez, 20, of 508 State Ave., was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday on the 1700 block of West Main Street and was charged with two counts of drunken driving, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving without a valid license, police said. Canalizo-Sanchez was released on $3,000 bond with a Nov. 15 court date.
• A hubcap valued at $50 was stolen Tuesday from a car on the 2000 block of Bricher Road.
• A Pioneer stereo valued at $140 and a $500 speaker were stolen Tuesday from a truck on the 3700 block of Ohio Ave.
