Woodridge community showcases luxury

Noble Woods, an enclave of 25 executive homes in Woodridge, offers dramatic designs and luxury features sure to impress.

Orleans Homebuilders offers nine floor plans including seven new East Coast-inspired designs with four to six bedrooms, first-floor dens, 2½ to five baths, master bedrooms with sitting areas, lofts and playrooms in several plans and attached three-car garages.

Located on Route 53 just north of Hobson Road and across the street from Seven Bridges golf course, Noble Woods offers a private setting with gently curving streets.

"We invite visitors to tour the Manchester model home and take time to appreciate the inspired architecture, Old World craftsmanship and fine materials and finishes this opulent home offers," said Liz Kruse, general sales manager for Orleans Homebuilders. "Also, buyers have a wide range of customizing options."

The Manchester features 3,757 square feet, four bedrooms, 3½ to four baths, basement and three-car attached garage.

Whether it's an intimate gathering or an elegant soiree, this home is designed for entertaining. The home's two-story foyer features Brazilian teak flooring and tile inlay.

Off the foyer, the formal living room with crown molding showcases a fireplace with mosaic tile surround, while a love seat and two striped chairs provide seating. Columns set off the adjoining dining room, which features a tray ceiling and decorative molding. Topped with a floral-candle centerpiece, the dark wood table is set for eight.

The deluxe kitchen features maple cabinets with decorative moldings and trims, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

An oversized center island with breakfast bar is a natural gathering spot. An oval table and tan chairs furnish the breakfast area, which provides access to the custom-paver patio.

Two pillars and an arched opening define the two-story family room, where a stone fireplace reaches the ceiling. Two leather sofas and chair give the space a rich look, while tan and green accent pillows add color. There is a rear stairway to the upper level.

The study offers a private spot for working from home and seeing clients. A golf theme with green wallpaper and decorative molding add visual interest. A desk in the loft offers another work space or place for a homework station.

Topped with a tray ceiling, the master suite has an elegant feel with a soft green and gold print spread covering the king-sized bed. A separate sitting room has a breakfast bar topped with granite. His-and-hers custom closets offer the utmost in organization. The private bath features dual sinks, whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and tray ceiling with chandelier.

Three secondary bedrooms include a guest room, Chicago Blackhawks-themed room, and princess suite with bright green walls and carpeting, custom closet and private bath.
