Mobil clinic to offer free health service on Nov. 5

Lake Forest Hospital's CareCoach, a mobile health unit that offers Lake County residents free medical care close to home, will visit Vernon Township from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Vernon Township Community Center at Prairie View, 2900 N. Main St., Buffalo Grove.

The CareCoach provides childhood immunizations and free health screenings, including blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and asthma screening. The professional staff includes a community health nurse and a care coordinator who can answer medical questions.
