Women's club to hold auction to raise funds for scholarships

The Zonta Club of St. Charles-Geneva-Batavia and Zonta West-Illinois will hold its annual fundraising auction "Helping Women Bloom" at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Eagle Brook Country Club in Geneva.

In addition to a sit-down dinner, the evening will feature live and silent auction items as well as raffles. Geneva Mayor Kevin Burns will be emcee and Kevin Bunte will be the auctioneer.

Proceeds from this event enable Zonta to provide scholarships to women and girls in the community and to support local service organizations. There is still plenty of time to get involved with the auction.
