Why does one teen get to set policy?
Re: the Sept. 20 article headlined "Atheist's daughter takes own stand at school"
Since when does the voice of a single high school freshman get to dictate the policy of the District 214 school system? If this is the case and majority rule no longer enters into it, then we may as well put the school board on unpaid leave for the next four years and turn over the administration of District 214 to the rob Sherman family.
Something has gone badly wrong in our society of today.
