Round Lake Park Police seize pot plants
Two men were arrested Wednesday after police found more than 120 marijuana plants growing in a house they shared at 521 Grandview Ave. in Round Lake Park.
Round Lake Park Police Chief Geoge Flilenko said officers from his department and the Lake County Metropolitan Enforcement Group served a search warrant at the home.
Police also confiscated a small amount of cocaine during the raid, Filenko said.
Derek Bowlin, 35, and Kenneth Farrington, 35, both of the Grandview Avenue address, are charged with production and possession of marijuana and are scheduled to appear in bond court today.
