Del Webb homes get high ranking

The Del Webb brand of Pulte Homes has received the highest ranking for customer satisfaction in the Chicago market, according to the results announced last week for the 2007 J.D. Power and Associates New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study.

Pulte Homes' Del Webb operations in Chicago also ranked highest among local home builders for new-home design -- a new industry study added to the J.D. Power and Associates New-Home Builder rankings for 2007.

Pulte brands, which include Pulte Homes, Del Webb and DiVosta, were surveyed in 26 of the 34 markets covered in the 2007 J.D. Power and Associates New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study. Pulte Homes operations garnered 11 top rankings in customer satisfaction, and were ranked No. 2 in nine markets and No. 3 in six markets. Pulte Homes operations ranked among the top three builders in 21 of the 26 markets in which they were surveyed for customer satisfaction in 2007.
