Learn how to deal with a bully

An anti-bullying workshop will be held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the Barrington Martial Arts studio, 123 Barrington Commons Plaza.

Topics will include the mindset of the bully, solutions, and nonviolent means of self defense. Participants will get a chance to use the tactics and techniques learned. Parents are encouraged to attend with their children. As a bonus, Master Lawson will also discuss anti-child abduction tactics.
