Shoppers can purchase three designer Capital series townhouse models in Cambridge at Heatherstone in Beach Park.
Including the three model homes, 12 of the 312 total Capital series homes are still available in Cambridge at Heatherstone, a master planned community that also features two lines of single-family homes. All townhouses are available for quick delivery and include a number of upgraded features. The remaining townhouses are being sold from the community's single-family sales center.
The Capital series featured in Cambridge at Heatherstone includes three two-story plans ranging from 1,287 to 1,375 square feet of living space with 2½ baths and two-car attached garages, priced currently from $170,900 to $215,375, including the model homes. Two of the plans include three bedrooms and one design features two bedrooms plus a loft.
The three Capital Series model homes include special features such as upgraded cabinets, carpeting, flooring, appliances and countertops, as well as bay windows, volume ceilings, fireplaces, sound and security systems, deluxe master baths and designer touches throughout. The three model homes now available for purchase are:
• The Olympia. A 1,287-square-foot model home with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, large front porch and attached two-car garage. • The Cheyenne.
