A South Elgin man was accused Thursday of stealing a TV and other electronic devices from the warehouse where he worked, police said.

Brandon E. Eitt, 25, of 569 Dean Drive #1, was charged Thursday with two counts of felony theft.

Eitt worked at a warehouse in Aurora that warehouses Panasonic electronics equipment, South Elgin police said.

Eitt took numerous items between June 1 and Wednesday from the warehouse, where he was a security guard, police said.

Among the items were a 32-inch television set, a projection television system, a portable DVD player, a surround sound system, more than 12 digital cameras, camcorders, MP3 players, a digital DVD player and bags of batteries, police said.

Eitt is being held in the Kane County jail on $1,500 bond. He has an Aug. 31 court date at the Kane County Judicial Center.
