Second tourney win in two weeks
The Prospect Heights/Wheeling Youth Baseball Softball league U-10 Phantoms Team celebrates after winning their second tournament in two weeks. The league completed its regular season in early July and tournament teams began playing in mid-July. The girls U-10 Phantoms team played in the Barrington Classic during the July 20-22 weekend and won first place. They also took first place in the Lake Zurich Lady Bear Claw Tournament in July. The team's final record was 10-1 under Manager Dennis Flynn and coaches Pete Schwaba and Jerry Panfil.
