The National Football League has a new rule requiring photojournalists to wear a vest with NFL and corporate emblems while covering games.
The addition of the corporate logos, one from Canon and the other Reebok, has raised ethical concerns among many photojournalists and editors.
Some newspapers from around the country plan to protest the rule; some have even said they will boycott photo coverage of the games.
What do you think? Is the NFL overstepping its bounds by requiring the jackets? Should photojournalists refuse to wear them? Is the news media overreacting by protesting this new requirement?
