Downtown Arlington too hard to navigate

The photo in the Saturday issue of the Herald says it all. Snow piled along the curb. Not shown is the slush at cross walks. Since very little indoor parking is for shoppers, who wants to try and park on the street and fight the snow?

I, for one, a 52-year resident, do not shop in downtown during the winter.
