Trump spire stays on the ground

Donald Trump had to postpone installation of the spire atop his 92-story downtown Chicago skyscraper for two days in a row.

Gusty winds of up to 40 mph on Sunday kept a helicopter from placing the spire. There's no word on when officials with Trump International Hotel and Towers might try again. Their city permit to erect the spire was only good for two days, Saturday and Sunday.

Trump's Chicago building would be 1,361 feet tall, including the spire.
