Keep Hampshire a small town

Hampshire has been a growing town for some years now. The growth is causing many problems within the community to arise. I believe home and business development should slow down, or even come to a stop. Small town businesses are struggling to stay open with the introduction of other large corporations. Kids are having a hard time with school due to the crowdedness of every classroom. Also, the severity and number of crimes is rising along with the growth. In think if Hampshire were to stop or slow down development many of these problems would come to a halt.
