Glen Ellyn pair robbed at gunpoint
Two unidentified men robbed two other men at gunpoint in Glen Ellyn Tuesday night, police said. Police were called to the area of Brier Street and Surrey Drive around 6:05 p.m.
Two men reported that they were standing on the sidewalk when they were approached by two men who displayed handguns and demanded their wallets, police said. The assailants fled on foot. The offenders were said to be wearing ski masks and both were described as weighing about 200 pounds. No other description was given.
Police are investigating.
