Fire damages Aurora restaurant

Rescue workers from the Aurora Fire Department responded to a fire at a restaurant on Aurora Avenue, about one block west of Route 59, around 9:50 p.m. Saturday.

While Aurora firefighters were still at the scene at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, officials from the Napervillle Fire Department said they dispatched one engine to help at the scene, which radio reports described as a small fire inside the restaurant.

The Naperville engine spent approximately 35 minutes at the scene.
