'iCarly' iGo-go-go

Nickelodeon's popular "iCarly" series, starring Miranda Cosgrove, jumps the shark - across the Pacific Ocean - with its first movie-length episode "iGo to Japan" at 7 p.m. Friday. The debut of the new series "True Jackson, VP," starring Keke Palmer of "Akeelah and the Bee," follows at 8:30.

Take it 'From the Top'

'Freaky' remake

Those who maintain that Lindsay Lohan is a promising actress can point with pride to the "Freaky Friday" remake, which finds Lohan swapping bodies with Jamie Lee Curtis as her mom, although it's really Curtis who shines as a middle-aged teenager. It's at 8 p.m. Friday on the Disney Channel.
