Rolling Meadows man charged after missing 12-year-old found

Rolling Meadows police searching for a missing 12-year-old girl said they learned the victim was having a sexual relationship with a 22-year-old man.

David Guzman, of the 2300 block of Algonquin Road, was charged with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child for incidents that occurred during September and October, police said.

In addition, there is a warrant from Immigration and Customs Enforcement for the deportation of Guzman, police said.

Bond was set at $35,000 and Guzman is scheduled to appear at the Rolling Meadows courthouse on Dec. 1.
