St. Charles
• Natalia Carmona, 19, of 101 S. 17th St., St. Charles, was arrested on Nov. 20 on charges of driving without a valid driver's license and going 48 mph in a 30 mph zone, according to a police report.
• Heriberto Martinez, 31, of 1904 Southwick Lane in Belvidere, was arrested on Nov. 23 for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving on a suspended license and traveling 55 mph in a 40 mph zone, according to a report.
• Brigado L. Velazquez-Gonzalez, 25, of 401 E. Prospect St., Elgin, was arrested Nov. 24 for driving without a valid driver's license, according to a report.
• Matthew Ryan Salis, 23, of 401 Union Ave., St. Charles, was arrested Nov. 24 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia that officers found while on a search for stolen guns, according to a report.
• A Sierra Sport Schwinn bicycle valued at about $300 was stolen from a home on the 200 block of 5th Street on Nov. 6.
• Maribel Flores, 23, of 200 N. 15th Street, St. Charles, was arrested on Nov. 24 for driving without a valid driver's license and disobeying a traffic control device, according to a report.
