Decatur attorney arrested in alleged threats

DECATUR _ Authorities say Decatur attorney Mark Bradley has been arrested for investigation of solicitation of a witness and solicitation of harassment of a witness in connection with allegations that he threatened to kill Macon State's Attorney Jack Ahola.

Bradley appeared Friday before Associate Judge James Coryell, who found probable cause for Bradley to be detained and set his bond at $1 million.

Assistant State's Attorney Tammara Wagoner had asked that Bradley's bond be set at $5 million.

Bradley has also been indicted for allegedly threatening Circuit Judge Lisa Holder White.

Bradley's attorney says his client suffers from bipolar disorder and stopped taking medications for that disorder some months ago.
