Lattof family gave much over the years

I, too, would like to echo Mayor Mulder's sentiments when she described the Lattof family as the "heart and soul of Arlington Heights."

While it saddens me that a fine business establishment such as Lattof Chevrolet is closing its doors, I would be remiss if I, as a member of this community, did not acknowledge and commend Al Lattof for his and his family's contributions to Arlington Heights over the years.

Al's involvement, whether as a business leader, school board member, community leader or simply as a soccer dad, has been admirable as evidenced by his commitment of putting community first.

We, as a community, owe Al and his family our gratitude and thanks.
