Unsecured border= no national security

I have yet to hear one of these presidential candidates explain how we can have national security when our borders are open. I will always remember the attack on the World Trade Center, and I will always remember the politicians who are not securing our borders and enforcing our laws pertaining to entering this country illegally. They want me to believe that all these people are violating our immigration laws to come here to work. They want me to believe there are no terrorists entering this country across our unsecured borders. They want me to believe there are no weapons of mass destruction being smuggled in even though tons of drugs are. We don't know who is entering this country or why, but we're supposed to feel safer because they tell us we are. We are being invaded across our borders and no one cares.
