McCain has wisdom, courage to lead U.S.

As a retired U.S. Army officer and Vietnam veteran, I wholeheartedly support Sen. John McCain's nomination for President. I firmly believe he has the best qualifications of any candidate to serve as America's Commander-in-Chief from the first day of his presidency.

Our country is facing serious national security challenges which require a leader with proven leadership, courage and judgment. We need a leader with a thorough knowledge of our military as well as experience dealing with numerous foreign leaders. John McCain is that leader.

John McCain has a long and distinguished career in our military as well as Congress. He has continuously displayed the courage, integrity and wisdom to lead America.

This Election Day, I will cast my vote for Sen. John McCain and his running mate, Gov. Sarah Palin.
