Regrading Wall Street homework

Our government's bailout rescue plan for Wall Street's failures seems to be akin to teachers all over the world removing the wrong answers to a school's failing final examination quiz and filling in the right answers to make both their school and the teachers look good. Our government with its recent "rescue plan" has done the same thing by regrading the failing home work of Wall Street and thereby casting aside the notion we have a free economy as the teacher that grades its own successes.
