Probably happy with old Fannie, Freddie

Sen. Obama has spent, not literally but figuratively, 4 years in the U.S Senate. Much of his four years has actually been spent running for president. However, in that four-year period he has managed to take over $120,000 in lobbying money from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, which ranks second to another Democrat, Sen. Chris Dodd. Sen. John McCain has been in the Senate for over 25 years and has received a grand total of $20,000 in lobbying money from the two mortgage giants that are now in government receivership.

Don't hear much about "change" when it comes to how little Sen. Obama and for that matter Sen. Dodd did to actually reform two of the biggest headaches in today's mortgage and credit crisis.

Talk about not getting it! Actually, Sen. Obama did get it! $120,000 worth of "getting it."
