Send do-nothing politicians message

We now hear from all the Republicans who say vote for me. What did they do for you fellow Americans? Nothing. They voted the Bush way.

Take, for example, John McCain. He voted 90 percent for Bush, and you have Peter Roskam, the same. You have many running who caused this collapse of America, almost a depression but a recession now. They help sell America out with Bush in NAFTA, selling out to China and other countries. They just want to get back in their seats and do the same thing over again.

Well, we are not going to let that happen. We're not dumb. This goes also for some of our politicians in Illinois too.

Lousy budget, and certainly no good budget for the military or veterans. We get 5 percent. The 95 percent goes for pork.

It's about time they start listening. McCain and Roskam said no to the GI bill when it was presented. What we need is someone who will support the Constitution and our America.

I now know I like one woman who is running for Congress. She defended our country by being a service person, a colonel in the army with 30 years in. She also served our communities in many ways. I say let's put Jill Morgenthaler on the Hill. I have had enough of Roskam in Congress.

I also have had enough of Jim Steven Desakis who supposedly was a Democratic committeeman for Hanover Township. The man has done nothing but taken a job with Todd Stroger making a large sum of money. It's about time we get rid of these people.

Remember our veterans, that we served our country and expect the rights of America to get the best care, best benefits and a card that would allow you to go to your own hospital instead of going to a VA hospital 150 to 200 miles away. Take care of our troops when they come home.
