2 held without bail in girl's shooting death
Bail has been set at $1 million for two suspects in the shooting death of a 10-year-old Chicago girl, and two others are being held without bail.
Cook County Circuit Judge Raymond Myles set bond Thursday for 18-year-old Raymond Jones and 23-year-old Joseph Chico, both of Chicago.
He ordered 20-year-old Luis Pena of Chicago and 25-year-old Antoine Lacy of Sauk Village be held without bail.
The four have been charged with first-degree murder and attempted first degree murder in the death of 10-year-old Nequiel Fowler, who was gunned down while playing outside with her blind 5-year-old sister one day before she was to start the 4th grade.
Witnesses and police say Nequiel was shot Monday just after she finished tying her sister's shoe.
