The federal bailout's nothing but a scam

Stop the bailout! Congress needs to take charge of this mess and figure out a plan that will benefit all of the American people. This is a scam that the powerful saw coming and did nothing about it. I believe they have other reasons to ask for this money. Is it about Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid?
