An uplifting rescue of a majestic horse

It was very uplifting to read about the incredible recovery of Chance, a Belgian draft horse that was injured in a dreadful vehicular accident.

Thank God for organizations such as the Hooved Animal Rescue and Protection Society and the Hooved Animal Humane Society that rescue and rehabilitate traumatized and neglected equines and other creatures.

Horses are majestic and wonderful pets.

For centuries mankind exclusively relied on horses for transport and many other vital purposes.

We are indebted to these animals and they merit binding legal protection and our wholehearted appreciation.
