Inland Real Estate announces auctions

OAK BROOK - Inland Real Estate Auctions Inc. announced an upcoming auction of several high-profile commercial and residential properties. Properties up for bid during the Oct. 2 event include a 28,000-square-foot retail outlot building at the Westfield Fox Valley in Aurora. The property, formerly occupied by Cost Plus World Market, will be sold absolute, at or above a minimum bid of $2.4 million. A retail/mixed-use commercial site at 2501 South State St., Chicago will also be auctioned.
