Are not the unborn disadvantaged?

Obama said America's greatest moral failure is its insufficient help to the disadvantaged.

He noted the Bible quotes Jesus as saying "whatever you do for the least of my brothers, you do for me." He said the maxim should apply to victims of poverty, sexism and racism.

Are not the unborn babies the least of Jesus' brothers, disadvantaged?

When asked when a baby gets human rights, Obama, said "answering that question with specificity is above my pay grade" but later he called "marriage 'a sacred union.' God is in the mix."

Isn't God in the mix at conception? McCain thinks so. He said that's when a baby, should get human rights.
