Elgin

• Police arrested Justin O'Leary, 30, of 1089 Pembroke Drive for disorderly conduct Friday. He is scheduled to appear Dec. 9 in Elgin Branch Court.

• A hammer drill and a core driller, collectively worth $1,300, were stolen from a truck in the driveway on Prairie Street in Elgin, according to police reports.

• A man was robbed of his cell phone while walking on Route 31 at 1:45 a.m. Saturday, police said.
