No one hurt in 1-car crash on Route 137 in Libertyville

No one was injured in a one car accident early Monday morning in Libertyville, police officials said.

Libertyville police officials said Alicia Viramontes, 33, of Round Lake was merging off Peterson Road onto Route 137 in her black Ford F-150 in Libertyville at about 6 a.m. when she made an abrupt right turn, went onto the shoulder, then rolled over into the ditch about a half-block west of Butterfield Road.

The two people in the vehicle that overturned were unharmed and refused treatment at the scene.

Viramontes was cited by police for driving without a valid drivers license and for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
