Kidney stone blamed on global warming?

The article in the Daily Herald Aug. 8 of the young man with the damaged kidney caused by a large kidney stone is sad, and I extend my prayers to him.

But I must admit that I fell off my chair when it stated that it could be caused by the heat of the summer, changing diets and global warming.

Global warming? My God, that the author of the article could actually publish that global warming could cause kidney stones made me fall off my chair. What else are they going to blame on global warming: acne, pimples, hernia, oh, how about cancer?

Sorry, but I've been around for over 70 years of weather ups and downs and if you stick around it will change. What is terrible is that this kind of information is being taught to our children.
