Wheaton resident Griffin Leininger joined Suburban Bank and Trust, Elmhurst, as branch manager of its new Glen Ellyn location. Leininger previously managed the Glen Ellyn locations of US Bank. He is a member of the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce and is a past president of the Yorkville Rotary. Also joining the team of the Glen Ellyn branch are: Ayeesha Desa, assistant branch manager; Tammy Greene, teller supervisor; Annabelle Silva, personal banker; Vickie Pradel, associate banker; and Sarah Paul, teller.
Paul Dominik, a registered investment adviser representative with Genworth Financial Investment Services, Mount Prospect, received the firm's Top Representative Award during the 10th annual national convention in Las Vegas. Dominik was recognized for his professional dedication and commitment to clients.
Aaron D'Costa was promoted to the newly created position of vice president, customer loyalty, for Pathway Senior Living LLC, Des Plaines. D'Costa, a 17-year seniors' housing veteran, previously served as vice president of sales and marketing for the owner, operator, manager and developer of independent and assisted living communities for seniors.
Travel agent Suzanne Dobosz from Carlson Wagonlit Travel in West Dundee was one 24 Premier Aussie Specialist travel agents who traveled to Australia's Northern Territory and Western Australia regions in June on a seven-day educational familiarization visit hosted by Tourism Australia, AAT Kings and Northern Territory Tourism Authority.

Wilmette resident Michael P. Bregenzer joined Reed Smith LLP as a partner in the intellectual property group of the litigation department. Bregenzer joins the firm's Chicago office from the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis, where he has been a partner since 2004.
